Network Operations Lead -USA

Position Summary

To ensure the efficient operation of WSPs internal Workplace services in the AMERICAS Hub , we are seeking a talented and experienced Operations Specialist. This role will be part of the IT Operations team and report to the IT Infrastructure Operations Manager in the designated Hub . The overall team is d edicated to support IT infrastructure operations which includes network, compute, cloud, and workplace systems and services . You will manage and maintain all aspects of Active Directory and Messaging operations with a primary focus on the services within the designated Hub.

Network Administrator -Trinidad

Position Summary

This is a contract Network Administrator position with some flexibility for remote work. As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with network administration, system administration, technical support, troubleshooting, and network security. This is a hybrid role, implying that the role is located in Trinidad but some work from home is acceptable.
